Foot Massage Treatment – $55

This half hour foot massage is based on the theory that the foot is a map of the entire body. Pressure is applied to specific points on the soles of the feet which have beneficial effects to the referred body part.

Deep Tissue Massage – $90 (60 minute) $140 (90 minute) 

Utilizing heat to prepare the muscles, this intense massage uses pressure & release techniques, & targets those stressed areas that may be sports or injury related.

Aromatherapy Massage – $60 (30 minute) $85 (60 minute) $135 (90 minute)

In this one hour massage, experience the natural benefits of essential, aromatic oils derived from pure flowers and plants. Awaken your senses with scents of your choice.

Chakra Balancing Massage – $100

An innovative treatment that focuses on centering of the chakras using a variety of massage techniques.  The treatment features the Aveda Chakra Balancing Blends with deep tissue massage on the back and spinal muscles, chakra reflexology massage for the feet, and energy work for each of the chakras.  In addition, guests will be guided through a meditation to enhance the benefits of stress relief, decreased muscular tension and increased energy.

Stone Therapy Massage – $115

This 75 minute therapeutic massage relieves tension in muscles, reduces the physical strains of stress and assists the body in self healing. Stone Therapy introduces the application of stones at varying degrees of warmth to go beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enter deeper dimensions of relaxation, creating balance in the emotional, physical and mental being.

Pre-Natal Massage – $85 (60 minute) $135 (90 minute)

Consider massage! The changes that a woman’s body undergoes during pregnancy can cause stress and discomfort that massage can help relieve. It is a great way to cope with the physical and emotional strains of pregnancy. Rx note required. Suggested for second and third trimester.

Takes place in our Tranquility Room, two tables next to each other, two massage therapists working in tandem for a one-hour massage. Begins with an aromatherapy foot soak, a hot shoulder pack and paraffin hand treatment. Finishes with a beverage and a light snack.
